What are your opening hours?

Butchers Brew Bar Opening Hours* MONDAY - CLOSED except for Special Events. Venue available for hire by arrangement. TUESDAY - 7pm to midnight. Live music 8pm to 10:30pm. WEDNESDAY - 7pm to midnight. Live music 8pm to 10:30pm. THURSDAY - 7pm to midnight. Live music 8pm to 10:30pm. FRIDAY - 5pm to midnight. Live music 8:30pm to 11pm. SATURDAY - 2pm to midnight. Live music 3pm to 6pm, then 8;30pm to 11pm. SUNDAY - 5pm to midnight. Live music 7pm to 9:30pm. *subject to change at the whim of management
Can I bring under-18s to Butchers Brew Bar?

Sorry, under the terms of our Small Bar licence, we are not permitted to have any under-18s on the premises in trading hours.
I / my band would like to play at Butchers Brew. How do I go about organising this?

Please email us at butchersbrewbar@gmail.com and if possible, include links, a bio / line-up and some photos. We preference artists who support our venue, who create original content and who will work with us to co-promote events.
Your venue is awesome!!! Can I hire the space for my birthday party / event?

Thank you, yes it is! Please email us at butchersbrewbar@gmail.com and include preferred dates/ options, time, number of guests and any other relevant information. Our capacity is 47 patrons, excluding staff and performers.
My band is looking for a daytime rehearsal space. Can we hire the bar for this purpose?

Yes, we can make the space available for daytime rehearsals for $50 per hour - please email us at butchersbrewbar@gmail.com with details.
I'm keen to learn/ brush up my skills on using a PA system. Can you help?

Yes we can. Please email us at butchersbrewbar@gmail.com and we will assist you with this.
Does Butchers Brew Bar have disabled access facilities?

Yes we do. Our venue has a disabled toilet and is stair-free. We also look after sight-impaired and other patrons who may have additional requirements with table service and / or preferential seating. If possible, please contact us ahead of time in order that we can reserve the most suitable spot and ensure you have appropriate assistance to make sure your visit is as comfortable and enjoyable as we can make it.
I'm looking for bar work. Can I leave my details in case any positions come up?

Sure. Please email us at butchersbrewbar@gmail.com with your CV. All staff are required to have a current RSA licence, so please ensure you have this before you apply to work here.
I work for a food & beverage firm and would love to drop off some product samples that I think would work well in your bar.

We pride ourselves on the quality of our menu and are also mindful of the limited space we have for stock and food preparation.
